PatentVC is the venture arm of Trademarkia. We publish content about patent strategy, trademark protection, IP enforcement, and venture capital because it's the work we do every day. But written content at scale can't possibly know your facts, your jurisdiction, your prior art, your cap table, or your goals - and so it can't possibly be advice to you in particular.
When you need advice, hire counsel and let them give it - either us under an engagement letter, or another firm. The rest of this page is the formal version of that.
